What we are looking for
The Service Department at Nova is looking for a Service Coordinator to support our business and drive its growth. In this role you will become an integral part of the Service organization, enabling service operation and increasing productivity by partnering with cross-organizational functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage customers files
- Support sales opportunities, quotations, POs, and back log
- Assist in internal sale orders
- Manage service contracts
- Partner with Service Engineers to manage service call for spare parts request and parts usage
- Manage customer returns of faulty parts to HQ repair
- Supply materials and update customer
- Create and update Install-base and verify warranty
- Work closely with HQ service business team for quarterly revenue closing
- Create and manager revenue and parts report
- Act as the customer focal point for any service business administrative enquiries
Requirements
- Fluent English capability in speaking, reading, writing.
- Good communication skills
- At least 2~3 years sales / service coordinator experience or relative experience
- Excellent MS office skills - Must be proficient in Excel (including formulas, functions, pivot etc.)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workflow
- Proactive personality
