Role Description
What we are looking for:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Production planning to join our RND-OPS department. In this crucial role, you will manage and coordinate various aspects of the production plans to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of finished goods. Your responsibilities will range from open work orders to managing parts and materials, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently and accurately. Targeted of the next 8 weeks to manage. Including Shortages reports
As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for open and schedule work orders, defining main parts for inspection approval, identifying missing parts from raw material review, and updating target dates for parts arrival. You will interface with Production Line Planners, Integrators and Assemblers TL, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and other cross-functional teams.
Your role is vital in ensuring efficient production processes, minimizing delays, and contributing to the overall operational excellence of the organization.
Reporting To: Production planning team leader
Responsibilities
- Open work orders according to Productions Plans.
- Identify missing parts and update target dates for assembly and integration.
- Work with Vendors Schedules to expedite all needed material for the coming 8 weeks.
- Manage Non-Conformance Report for quality issue in production line – provide Corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and send status reports via email on a daily basis.
Requirements
- BA industrial Engineering
- State of the art serviceability
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning or logistics in a multidisciplinary company
- Proficiency in Priority ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots and filtering
- Knowledge of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) procedures.
