What we are looking for
Member of the Global Facility and Environment team.
The Facility & Environment, EHS coordinator is responsible to coordinate and support all Facility, building constructions, maintenance management, Safety and sustainability aspects, and data collection in all NOVA countries, work closely with local facility managers and stakeholders to promote and support projects, standards, guidelines on a global basis
As a Global Facility and EHS coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's efforts to ensure a Facility, real estate, safe, and sustainable working environment across its global operations. You will assist the team and work with the Safety Officer in implementing and maintaining effective environmental, health, and safety programs, policies, and procedures.
Your responsibilities will include supporting regulatory compliance and promoting a culture of safety and environmental awareness.

What you will be doing
- Support ongoing compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, standards and regulations.
- Overseeing and coordinating meeting scheduling to ensure efficient workflow.
- Managing and tracking supplier activities
- Stay informed about global processes, projects, EHS regulations, and applicable standards governing the organization's operations.
- Contribute with the implementation of procedures and controls to meet regulatory and/or NOVA standards and requirements.
- Assist in planning ISO, EHS audits, and Environment data collection across global sites.
- Responsible for document findings and monitor their implementation.
- Support in managing and delivering EHS training programs for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create educational materials and resources.
- Assist in various data collection global in all aspects, including real estate, environment, and safety.
- Collect and manage EHS-related data from global operations.
- Assist in the preparation of responding to customer surveys regarding EHS.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Coordinate, organize and support training.
Other Tasks:
- Implement global standards and systems (Like: Real estate lease contracts, EHS software, Space management, etc)
- Be part of the leading team of the environmental community.
- Responsible for facility and environment global communication – local and global (newsletter, portal, etc.)
- Support and coordinate ISO certification related to facility and EHS (Like ISO 14001 & ISO 45001)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering - Advantage
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both, independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Sense of order and organization
- English - Fluent level
- Familiarity with the ERP (Priority, Oracle) system is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in a high-tech company is an advantage.
