Role Description
What we are looking for:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Global IT Business Analyst with strong system analysis skills and expertise in IT applications. This role requires close collaboration with various business units to ensure the successful implementation of IT systems while driving process improvements and enhancing efficiency. In this role you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end deployment of new systems across the organization, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Oversee the deployment of new systems, from planning and configuration to installation and integration to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Analyze global business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support, proactively addressing issues and ensuring systems are maintained for optimal performance.
- Assess existing systems, processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvements and implement effective enhancements.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT BA projects.
- Oversee resource management, task allocation, and offer technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects stay on track.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst and Project Manager within a global organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong project management skills, including experience in project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Proficiency in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across different geographic locations.
